About This Restaurant Shift Leader Role

We're a busy, family-friendly Italian restaurant, and we're looking for someone with prior leadership experience who's ready to jump in, keep things running smoothly, and help create great guest experiences.

Shift Leader Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience (required)

• Leadership experience — including leading shifts, training new hires, or supervising a team

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, team-player mindset

• Prior experience with corporate restaurants (In-N-Out, Cheesecake Factory, Wood Ranch, etc.) is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $20/hour after a 3-month probation period

• Two weeks of paid training to get you up to speed

Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during restaurant shifts

• Ensure smooth service and positive guest experiences

• Step in where needed and lead by example
