True Italians understand just how difficult it is to make gnocchi, the delicate, pasta pillow clouds. Other than my own nonna's and mamma's home variations of gnocchi, no person or restaurant has ever even come close to capturing the joy of gnocchi. That is until Carrara's. I have the gnocchi exclusively, and I have had it with all three sauces (pesto, Alfredo and tomato). The sauces may slightly change the experience, but the gnocchi itself is always the star of the dish and always consistently high quality and texture. Along with everything else Carrara's has to offer that is wonderfully fantastic, Carrara's is truly the only establishment where I can confidently treat my Italian friends and family, and have all of us walk out happy and satisfied. Bravo Carrara!
